Pictures taken in the late 60's. Midway Speedway opened in 1966 and closed in 1969. It was a dirt track located before the airport up behind the OLD drive inn (where the new storage facilities were built this year). Before here in 1953 to 1954 racing took place on a track in the infield of the horse track at the Sports Center in Sydney.
